Negative Experiences

"An overall terrible experience. The bathroom was a nightmare. The shower curtain kept falling down and there was no water pressure. The room was uncomfortable. One night, we returned and the cleaning of the room had not been completed. I had to finish making the bed and put away the towels. The food was so-so. There was not enough coffee in the morning for the guests on our floor. The list goes on."
