Its Great Its Belgian

Posted By Guru4Travel on Nov 22, 2016 at 9:14AM

Belgian food has so much more to offer than Mussels and Frites - but where do you start your gastronomic tour?

The kitchen team at the C'est Bon, C'est Belge restaurant in the Sablon district of Brussels, within a 10 minute walk of the Grand Place and 10 minutes from the Palais de Justice or Magritte Museum, offers a great solution:

The Belgian Gourmet Tasting Menu!

They offer a gourmet selection of 6 dishes from the 4 corners of Belgium that changes regularly. Selections include charcuterie (cold cuts from the deli), Wild boar sausage with Stoemp (mashed potatoes with vegetables), Carbonnade de Flammande (beef slowly cooked in dark Belgian beer), Chicken Waterzooi (Stewed chicken in a white sauce with vegetables) and finally delicious Boulettes (Meatballs).

Wash it down with Belgian beer - or if you're like the GoUnusual team and still recovering from a night of Belgian beer experiences, try your tasting menu with Bon-Val Belgian Cola too !

Smakelijk / Bon Appétit !
