The Orient Express - The Tzar's Palace - a Lizard's lounge - Alice in Wonderland?... No words can describe it. You have to experience it for yourself. I left a bottle of Champagne behind me as I checked out.

some people miss the point of the pavillion.... its rock and roll... we hadf a great night and the staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble... wil stay htere again...Nero

Rude and unhelpful. Hotel staff did not make good on promised accommodation. In discussions with the hotel management at the time of "check in" they were rude to the extreme. We could not even stay there and had to find a different hotel at 10 pm at night. They took our deposit for two nights stay even though they could not accommodate us. When we arrived back home we petitioned through our credit card company to be refunded our money but The Pavilion argued that the credit card company and ourselfves had no jurisdiction to retrieve the money.

Complete crap! Paid for a room in May 2008 and lefter after finding an adult "toy" in the cramped, dark, unclean room. This place might have been cool in 1986 but now is a dusty trash-hole.

Possibly the most amazing hotel in London in the most unlikely of locations...from the moment we walked in we felt like Super Star Rockstars - laidback and very very funky. I've made it my mission in life to try every room...

We enjoyed the stay there - a bit different as it's meant to be. It's more about an experience than comfort as I expected - v creative approach. A great idea having themes without it being a Disney thing. Down side for me are just rooms are v small but it's £100 for London so.....
