Svinoey can accommodate up to 11 persons (4 double rooms plus 3 single rooms). You have the entire 900 metre long island to yourself, staying in the house which once was utilised by the lighthouse keepers.

Pricing is entirely based upon your requirements, and includes helicopter transport and a permanent staff member/cook who will accompany you.

It is located 12 nautical miles off the Norwegian coast in the open ocean in an area renown locally for some of the wildest weather that Norway can offer.

The island is reachable by boat from the sea, but due to the power and volatility of the waves, for safety reasons the management provide access by helicopter only.

Activities
The lighthouse buildings are managed by 62° NORD who can offer overnight accommodation on Svinoey island for groups wanting to experience the unique atmosphere, whether socially or for business groups. The island is the ideal retreat to "get-away-from-it-all" to focus the mind, yet not far from the attractive town of Aalesund.
