Joining The UHOTW Team Chris L left Canada 5 years ago, bound for the Asia-Pacific to begin a career as an international educator. He has had the fortunate opportunity to live in and explore amazing places like New Zealand, Thailand and Cambodia. In that time he has swum with sharks, jumped off a perfectly good bridge (with a rubber band attached of course), white-water rafted remote rivers, zip-lined through isolated rainforests and trekked through the Himalayas.As a keen outdoorsman and environmentalist he particularly cherishes opportunities to “get back to nature” by staying at eco-lodges and eco-tourism projects, such as the Community Bases Eco-Tourism project in Koh Kong, Cambodia.
