Silvio and Betty restored everything, keeping well in mind the mill’s history and austere character of the building. Using old and recycled materials, they left walls bare to the brick, and preserved the floor and the beams untreated. While the interior decoration is sparse and minimal, it has a strong, solid character, especially in the evening when lit by candles.
