The Alicourts Resort covers an area of nearly 60 hectares in the heart of the Loire Valley with picturesque views and top rate facilities.

On 30 acres of preserved forest the resort has constructed 8 beautifully crafted treehouses to provide a truly unforgettable experience.

Suitable for families as well as couples, there are different types of treehouses: for 2, for 4 and up to 6 people at a height between 3,50 meters to 7,50 meters off the ground. All tree houses have ecological toilets and garden furniture.

In the treehouses, you're provided with candle lights and torches. Washing facilities are in the main buildings and a morning breakfast is provided, delivered to the bottom of your tree!

Throughout the season, there’s a wide range of sporting and leisure facilities and activities and special events organised for both adults and children.

The Alicourts Resort provides everything needed for a perfect break away. 

Lac, Aquapark and Spa:

Choose either the swimming/fishing lake with its sandy shore or the Aquatic park with its wave machine and slides.

The on-site Spa/Balneo centre with Jacuzzi provides a heaven of peace and relaxation, offering a wide range of spa treatments carried out by trained beauty therapists.

The resort has a restaurant, a take-away, a supermarket and a bar.

A very large range of activities can be arranged: 9 hole golf course, waterski cableway, mini-golf, tennis, football, gym, skatepark, canoes, etc…

Treehouse accommodation is from €100 per night, and varies according to the size of the treehouse (2,4 or 6 persons) length and season. Although there is no running water in the treehouses, nor electricity , toilets and showers are available close to their accommodation.

The enjoyment of the Parc des Alicourts isn’t confined to camping. The Loire Valley, means châteaux and the largest and most majestic, Chambord, can be reached from Les Alincourts. Superlatives can’t do justice to Chambord. It’s a must for any tour of Loire Valley châteaux. When you’ve visited some of its 440 rooms, you can enjoy the immense park where more than 700 stags live.

Loire Valley breaks at the Parc des Alicourts mean that you can visit the several châteaux within easy reach. A few kilometres from Chambord, there is the elegant residence of Cheverny. Belonging for six centuries to the same family, the château is the most richly furnished in the Loire Valley. However, what makes it really famous is that it was used as a model by Tintin’s creator Hergé to draw his famous castle of Moulinsart. There’s an interesting permanent exhibition devoted to Tintin Château de Cheverny
