Althouh the rooms are small, the space is perfectly designed. The bathrooms are fabulous, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and street noise doesn't seep into the rooms, even on lower floors. I stayed there with my elderly mother and she loved it. I would definitely stay there again. Just don't take the 3rd floor room above the bar - very noisy.

I've stayed here. The rooms are incredibly small and the decor is not any more impressive than most other boutique hotels that I've stayed at in NY. In fact, the room decor felt a little dated to me. Sure, the staff is friendly enough, but if I had to stay there again...I wouldn't. Save your money.
