"It's a very cool ,funky, artsy hotel. Fabulous rooms. Each room decorated with a different theme. It was very clean. The sheets are made out of hemp and so is the chocolate you can buy in the bar. You got go up to your room on the narrowest stairs, unless you're on the main floor. You know then that you are in Europe. It's a part of the charm. I've recommended this hotel to my friends and they loved it! There is a great, friendly atmosphere. Most of all the people are sooo friendly, easy going and helpful. The accomidations are very european. The entire staff, ambiance and decor were all very nice. We loved this unique hotel that is tucked away in a quiet corner of amsterdam. We felt very safe, and knew the staff would help us interpret the ways of europeans that were unfamiliar to us...... we didn't know that a person ringing a bell on a bike was something to pay attention to...... This hotel truely gives you a safe environment to experience amsterdam as real europeans do. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
