Each of the 3 rooms are cosy and comfortable, and there is parking on the road outside.

One is a family room which can be one double room with a connecting twin room with en-suite bathroom/shower wc.
The other room is a twin / double with attic style shower, wc and private patio.

Anne Marie and Claude are wonderful hosts, speaking both French and Italian. Whether you are staying for the night, or simply want to enjoy a special meal, you'll enjoy the rooms, food, and if wished, company - perhaps becoming one of their many regular visitors.

Gourmet meals start from £30 a head, including a starter, main course and desert. They don't have an alcohol licence to allow them to sell wine, so ask you to bring a bottle of your favourite - or can recommend local choices. All ingredients are sourced fresh from around the Island, so please book in advance.

Claude takes a lot of pride in his cuisine - both for dinner and breakfast. Anne Marie equally takes great care to ensure that the rooms are warm and welcoming.

Double Rooms are from £70 per night.

Gothic View are a 3 star rated AA bed and breakfast and are listed on Enjoy England.
They have an Egg Cup award for Best Breakfast and a Pie/Dinner award for evening meals, awarded from the AA.

The property is Non-Smoking throughout.

Lovely beaches are a short drive away, and the Isle of Wight retains its turn of the century Victorian charm, with a village feel to the Island.
Families enjoy visits to the Blackgang Chine Adventure park, 5 minutes drive from Gothic View as well as nature walks to St Catherines Point and the Lighthouse.

5 minutes walk will lead you to Chale Green, for it's deli and cafe. Picnic lunches can be ordered from Claude and are recommended if you're walking. The sea air earns an appetite! Alternatively the WightMouse pub serves food about 10 mins drive away.
