Casa Margot – Hotel Champagnerie, opened in 2008 and was born when the founders of Casa Margot understood it wasn’t enough to simply show and talk about the process for the production of sparkling wines. True appreciation required visitors to take the time to “feel” the process, with the intangible values of good Champagne: glamour, luxury, patience, history, art…
… so they opened Hotel Champagnerie.
The concept “champagnerie” emerged as the appropriate one for such an aim: a placid place, secluded, with wide gardens, old groves and artistic influence, that will accompany you while you taste the exquisite beverage of kings, and be better able to understand and appreciate Champagne.
Casa Margot offers five-stars accommodation, with personalized attention, professional and bilingual, offered by the family that owns the Hotel. Guided tastings by a professional oenologist can be solicited, as well as wine matching with delicious dishes. A French-Argentine breakfast with croissant and home-made bread is served in the Atelier – a room influenced by tango and Buenos Aires. A welcome glass of champagne is served in the evening, along with a brief theatrical piece that expresses the secrets of this luxurious beverage. A romantic dinner of Argentine gourmet cuisine, matched with the most delicious wines, in the candlelit Bistró Margot, submerged in the gentle chords of the majestic grand piano. A soirée of Sushi & Jazz with champagne, lying in the comfortable cushions of Marlen loft, where life returns to the black and white times, the New Yorker comic, and the Hollywood divas of XX century. The tasty mouthful of a Cuban Cigar selected among the best brands, each one labeled with its personal description and history. A pleasant talk in one of the magical and romantic spots of the garden, or near the swimming pool.
