Cow Trekking
This isn't what you'd expect from the sober Swiss, but an organic farm in the small town of Hemishofen, about an hour from Zurich is offering cow riding treks from 1½ hour tasters, to a ½ day trek.
After a brief introduction to the animals you saddle up and get ready for the ride. During the excursion, ride across fields and meadows, along the river Rhine and through the forest. Even the most devoted trekkers need a break, so they stop in a secluded spot for an organic snack.

Brussels
Needing no introduction but often forgotten as one of the worlds great cities, Brussels has much to offer the UHOTW traveller. It's not all chips, beer and chocolate! Recognised as one of the great gourmet destinations, 2012 sees the celebration of Brusselicious - a year long celebration of regional specialities, chocolate, fine wine and beer. Something to tempt all tastes and budgets, from humble waffles and street cafe culture, to Michelin starred delicacies.

Pillow Fight
We all love a pillow fight. But 2000 people? Outside? Sounds too good to be true?
Check out Pillow Fight Day which lists and synchronises mass pillow fights all around the world.
Last year, Amsterdam saw 2,000 people slugging it out on Dam Square. This year, it's on the 7th April at 3pm. Bring a pillow. Expect to get whacked!

Las Fallas Festival, ValenciaEvery 15-19 March in Valencia you'll hear the sound of firecrackers during the week long "Las Fallas" festival. This is Mardi Gras on Steroids !Pregnant women are banned from attending. So are those of a nervous disposition. Animals have long since learnt to keep away. Ambulances are on stand-by. Forget the Burning Man festival. This is the original, and loudest! The festival is in honour of Saint Joseph (19th March).

The UHOTW team received this lovely update of goings on in CapeTown from our friends Barry and Mina. If you're planning to visit CapeTown, you might be interested in local news from our on the spot team - and perhaps consider staying at their guesthouse. Find out more <here>Dear Friends, Green Point has truly become a wonderful area to be in. Not only is it so centrally positioned to the V & A Waterfront, the Stadium, the city centre, Table Mountain, Camps Bay & Clifton beaches but it has been beautifully upgraded and now boasts a wonderful new urban park.

Stockholm - one of Europes great cities, voted by Lonely Planet as one of their Top 10 cities for 2012. Made
up of 14 individual islands, it is connected by a network of ferries,
water taxis, bridges and a splendid underground system. My favourite
area to walk around is the Gamla Stan, the once medieval heart of the
city. This area lies behind Stockholm Cathedral and Royal Palace. The
Cathedral itself has a number of great artifacts, including a giant
statue of St.

men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect
men.
On Movember 1st, guys register at Movember.com with a clean-shaven face
and then for the rest of the month, these selfless and generous men,
known as Mo Bros, groom, trim and wax their way into the annals of fine
